Dear Church Families and Friends,

I just wanted to let everyone know that the roofers are here and they have started putting the new roof on the church. They are working on the roof over the sanctuary first. Everything, if the weather holds out, should be finished by Friday.

Please keep the workers and the weather in your prayers.

I look forward to seeing all Sunday, as this is the first Sunday of Advent.  We have a wonderful service planned out.  Please invite someone to come with you.

The tree is in the sanctuary and after the service Sunday, we are going to decorate everything.

For those that may be interested, The Algiers Point Association is having their Christmas Party, Friday night, 7-10 PM at Mardi Gras World.  Donna and I are going.  If you can, come.

They are asking everyone to bring a dish.
