February brings so many special days – Groundhog Day, Presidents Day, Valentine’s Day and Mardi Gras. So I am just going to pick one – Valentine’s Day. Our next JOY Club will be held on Wednesday, February 12th. Be sure to mark your calendars. I am still narrowing down what meal would make the perfect Valentines lunch. I do know what the dessert will be – cheesecake. We have been having a great turnout lately and I love seeing the tables full. Remember to join us at 11:30 on the second Wednesday of the month.
