Mother’s Day Out

We believe that the early experiences of a child’s learning process is of vital importance. Each child should be guided to develop values of responsibility and respect for others.

We seek to provide all children with the best opportunity to discover God’s love and His importance in their lives by offering experiences that will enhance their development mentally, physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually in a nurturing, Christ-centered environment.

We recognize that young children learn by doing and experiencing. They are physically active, spontaneous, curious, and naturally creative. Young children must feel secure in their surroundings in order to develop and grow with a positive self-image.

We hope to convey through everyday life experiences, play, music, art, and stories that each child is a treasure from God. We consider it a privilege to assist you in the education and nurturing of your child(ren).

Daily Activities
The children have play time, music and story time and a color/craft activity each day. All students bring a lunch and we eat together. Students staying for the full day have a quiet/nap time. Students staying for the half day are picked up after lunch.

Registration
If you are interested in reserving a place in our program, please submit the completed registration form along with a non-refundable fee of $135.00 ($50 will be applied to your September tuition). Please make checks payable to Algiers UMC, noted registration. We only have a few openings available and will be filled according to the order received. The completed registration and check can be dropped off at the church during our school times (Monday, Tuesday or Thursday, 9:00am-2:00pm) or in the mail slot (in the door to the far right of the building).
