You really can’t help but being lazy with this heat. July is a great month. We celebrate our nation’s birthday on July 4th with barbecues, picnics and fireworks. Our next JOY Club will be held on Wednesday, July 8th at 11:30am. Note the time change. The theme will be “Taking It Easy.” Our lunch menu will be something light.
